RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with PoliceOfc.com. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for eligible items. To initiate a return, contact us at info@policeofc.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Any product marked “Final Sale” at checkout
By purchasing a custom or personalized product, you acknowledge and agree that the order is non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, less the 5% restocking fee.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@policeofc.com within the 14-day return window.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will review and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.
