SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at PoliceOfc.com. The following terms apply to all orders placed through our store.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has cleared. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking details if available.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination. Standard shipping times within the continental U.S. usually range from 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost. We do not guarantee delivery dates. All delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier.
Custom Orders and Lead Times
Certain products, including but not limited to custom designs, badges, or personalized items, require additional production time before shipment. The standard lead time for custom orders is approximately 4–5 weeks. This timeframe is an estimate only and may vary depending on production capacity, material availability, and other factors outside our control. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Production and delivery timelines for custom orders are not guaranteed.
- PoliceOfc.com and United States Law Enforcement LLC are not liable for any damages, losses, claims, or costs (including consequential damages) arising out of or related to custom order lead times.
- Delays in production or shipping of custom orders do not constitute grounds for legal claims, chargebacks, or liability against PoliceOfc.com or its affiliates.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any significant changes to your custom order timeline, but you accept the risk of potential delays when placing a custom order.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international locations unless specifically noted.
Risk of Loss and Title
All products purchased from PoliceOfc.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
Delays and Force Majeure
PoliceOfc.com is not liable for delays in shipping or production caused by carriers, manufacturers, weather, customs, or any events beyond our control.
Damaged or Defective Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@policeofc.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will review your claim and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate under our Refund Policy.
